- Leading a team of 100 pax to ensure smooth operation on daily inbound and outbound volume of 100,000 parcels onwards. - Manage and work with 3PL delivery team to ensure all Service Level requirement are met in the timely manner.-Involvement of developing ,liaising, managing and execution of the DWS sorting machine Cross-Belt Sorting Machine. Along with its operational policies as well as technical troubleshoot.- Co-developing, managing and reviewing existing operational policies including implementation of operation solutions to meet business and client requirements. - Develop performance reports and drive data analytical operations. - Schedule Rostering for all staff.

Lead the team to manage a Fulfillment Warehouse of 35000 active SKUs for E-commerce platforms and B2B sales.
