This is a commercial/residential construction company that uses many new green ideas and many old worldideas too. My job has been to consult with the customers to come up with a workable,affordable design for theirneeds. I create budgets, designs and time tables to fit their plans and then turn their space into a work of art.

I began my own remodeling company in 1997 and specialized in high line commercial/residential make overs. Ibecame the outside custom designer for Lowe's in St. Pete and had many steady accounts. I sold this companyin 2007 to become a volunteer for a few years, as I wanted to give back to those who were less fortunate andtravel the world while doing so.

This was an automotive full service business with 4 full service centers. I became the supervisor for all four andwas always number 1 in sales. I negotiated contracts with commercial service accounts such as channel 8 news,Canteen and many others. I ordered part and supplies to keep all four service centers stocked and ready. handson, I personally took care of many of the customers and made sure they were satisfied. Built a repeat business.

This was a custom/production shop with over 30 employees. I was the outside sales/designer and also tookcare of the supervision of the shop. I was in charge of pricing, design, delivery and supplies to see the job wasdone to customers satisfaction on time.
