Daily monitoring of accounts that have been brought to our attention for reviewing and deciding what action needs to be taken. Checking daily follow up’s on previously reviewed accounts .Calling players that we feel are at some risk due to high game play or spending trying to get the player to consider setting the limit options and generally pointing out to players their increased spending and time online.Handling of suicide calls when needed, these cases are passed from support then we take over by calling the player and assessing the situation and severity of the particular case.
