Wayne is a lifelong entrepreneur and is the founder, President and CEO of DCMS, Inc. DCMS is an 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran-owned small business providing demolition and construction management services exclusively to the U.S. Federal Government that was founded in 2005. Presently (2017) DCMS holds several multi-year service contracts with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the USDA Forest Service. The diverse contracts include major hospital emergency room renovations, road and bridge projects, water/sewer infrastructure, and maintenance of our national forest roads. DCMS has ongoing and completed several major renovation and construction projects for Barksdale Air Force base as well. Past and present clients as the Prime Contractor include GSA, U.S. Navy, Air Force, Corp of Engineers, FEMA and Veterans Affairs.Before DCMS, Wayne was founder, President and CEO of APRO Technology. APRO was contracted with the Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) High Performance Computing Center in Vicksburg, MS, and FEMA for Hurricane Katrina housing infrastructure maintenance. Wayne also worked as Senior Systems Analyst for Ergon Refining in MS and Systems Engineer for CSC at Point Mugu Naval Air Station, CA.
