Developed 5 managers into new management roles within the Colorado district in 1 year. Drove consumer experience in-store to lead all Colorado stores in conversion rates, membership link %, and membership sign-ups to traffic %.

Responsible for developing 3 Area Managers and their Leadership Behavior Index (LBI) scores. Developed a tool to track productivity onsite leading to a 33% month over month increase in productivity in the 2nd largest delivery station in NA.

Developed 4 Process Assistants into Area Manager roles within the region. Engagement captain for the site leading to a 15% increase in expected daily Amazon Associate attendance.

As a graduate assistant for the Housing and Residential Life department I supervised two residential buildings holding 300 students. I also supervised 8 Resident Advisors with whom I held weekly one-on-ones and staff meetings.

I worked for OSU Housing and Residential Life as a Resident Advisor where I mentored 40 students a semester and worked with the Spears School of Business to help the students become more connected with faculty and staff.
