I joined Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in 1994 after serving as an executive officer for two publicly-held companies in the Dallas area. Prior to this, I spent several years in the audit practice of a Big 4 accounting firm. I focus on building long-term relationships with clients and expanding the client base to serve their friends, neighbors and relatives.I am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) Certificant. Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. owns the certification marks CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and CFP® in the U.S.I received a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Florida State University and a Master's degree in Physics from The University of North Texas. I am a volunteer pilot and board member for Angel Flight South Central, which provides free transportation to people in need of critical medical treatment. I am an instrument- and multi-engine rated commercial pilot who enjoys flying, photography and travel. Wayne does not provide tax advice in his current role at Merrill.
