General laborer who completed jobs such as lawn maintenance during the summer and early fall seasons, re-sodding, stone masonry, snow removal and residential home delivery of commercial salt during the winter seasons

As an intern in the human resources department I was tasked with using the company's database to conduct screening interviews via telephone to candidates who were seeking employment. For the clients who matched the company's requirements for the given positions, I was responsible for arranging the in-person interviews with management. My secondary tasks were to arrange meetings with current clients to company agents,provide additional information to current clients via telephone, email or mail regarding their current insurance packages (i.e. term insurance, life insurance, etc.)

As a customer service representative, my division was tasked with conducting market researching calls to current TD Canada Trust customers, regarding their experiences with the current products & services offered to them. Upon the completion of the calls, we kept hourly records of the number of calls completed and input the responses of the customers to middle management. During my tenure, I consistently met or exceeded the expectations with the number of calls completed during the daily work schedules.
