Academic Peer Mentor for Engineering Project Management. Due to a successful project completed in my second year of University, I was invited to help mentor the next cohort of students joining the module. This position required me to hold tutorials, to answer questions regarding the Module and Prince2 section of the module before helping students apply the content learned in semester one to a group project in semester two. Throughout semester two, I supported students with any queries which they have as well as help guide them in the right direction when their focus shifted away from the key topics of the project.

Whilst working with the management team, as a crew trainers I was responsible for training new crew members for their day-to-day work serving customers, preparing food, keeping our restaurants and kitchens clean and tidy and working well as part of a team. As well as training new crew members, I was also required to assess crew members' skills and offer them extra help with any tasks they may have problems with. Whilst working with the public and ensuring the best possible service was given at all time in a busy drive thru restaurant.
