Wayne Redman heads CBRE’s line of service – Advisory, and the Structured Transactions and Advisory Services business unit, in Australia and New Zealand. Prior to this, Wayne was the National Partner for the Property Advisory and Transactions division at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and earlier the same role with KPMG, together representing 20 years as a partner. Wayne started his career as an urban economist and property financial consultant in the Property Advisory team of the HASSELL Group, an international architecture, planning and advisory firm.With over 40 years of professional experience in the property industry, he has worked across the diverse range of asset classes with large corporations, government agencies and trading enterprises, as well as developers and financial institutions, playing a key role in successfully delivering some of Australia’s largest and most complex projects and precinct strategies.Wayne's experience involves all key asset classes as individual projects and he specialises in mixed-use projects.In his capacity as lead financial and real estate advisor, transaction manager and negotiator, Wayne has developed and evaluated complex feasibility and funding structures, infrastructure agreements and risk sharing arrangements and business cases underpinning sustainable development project delivery outcomes.He has also assisted management in the public and private sectors in major real estate portfolio restructures to support business and service delivery solutions, which has resulted in substantial value release outcomes and improved performance.Wayne has contributed to major changes in cities and corporations in terms of triple bottom outcomes.Wayne's roles within CBRE include:- Regional Director and Leader, Structured Transactions & Advisory Services- Head of Government Sector CRM- Member of Executive Committee and Senior Leadership Board for Pacific region- Member of Asia Pacific Advisory Leadership team
