Wayne joined Marsh at the end of 2003, after 14 years of international experience working in the Middle East, Central and Western Europe with regional automotive importers /distributors and their dealers in designing implementing, and managing value added products such as warranty, motor insurance, creditor insurance, service and maintenance contracts and GAP programs.Wayne leads a diverse team over 15 countries bringing together key insurance and marketing to importers and dealers on a territory by territory basis and in some cases on a regional or Pan European basis. Wayne has introduced programs from scratch in green field operations and taken over existing programs which have since improved with the benefit his and of the local Marsh team support. Wayne and his local teams support programs for multiple companies within the automotive industry. As qualified engineer Wayne has the relevant skills sets to manage and refine claims handling and process, his team handle over 70,000 claims per year from various products and programs.Wayne provides support in Europe including specifically Central and Eastern Europe, and CIS countries and also acts as the global claims manager for a number of key projects.
