We are the UK's leading provider of independent inspection services and Chartered Surveyor Sign Off under the government's Energy Companies Obligation (ECO) programme as well as providing technical assessments for the installation of energy efficiency measures, specialising in pre-installation inspections to properties under the ECO guidelines.My Role- Cavity claims surveying.Technical Monitoring Collecting RICS and Green Deal accredited data, assessing work to be undertaken on behalf of clients to ensure compliance with ECO and Green Deal requirements. Undertaking technical surveys/and or EPA’s, technical monitoring and audit assessments under ECO and Green Deal.Undertaking carbon 1, 2 & 3 technical inspections for the following measures- Room in Roof, Loft, Cavity, EWI & Boilers.

Carrying out full retail unit refurbishments.Routine repairs of stores nationwide.Liaising with staff to plan work schedules to keep stores operational.

Carrying out routine maintenance duties and minor repairs including- plastering, painting, plumbing repairs, door furniture changing and repairs, blocked and broken drain repairs.Assisting where necessary any outside maintenance or service contractors.Assisting with any quotations for labour and material costs.Drawing up job method statements / risk assessments ensuring Health & Safety measures are implemented.Attending to the heating systems during out of hours.Carrying out weekly fire alarm testing.Out of hour’s emergency call out cover.
