Over almost the last 6 years I've helped Transpower's "Gridskills" (PTE) with a variety of responsibilities and their requirements. These include Digitising Training and adapting online delivery as an Instructional Designer, Reviewing existing systems, improving and mentoring as a Facilitation Coach, Creating NZQA recognised qualifications as a Learning Design Consultant, Guiding projects to delivery as an Implementation Specialist, which required authoring a continuous improvement process to evaluate, then feedback to deliver improvement to the various courses and their specific deliverables.In my last contractual role I was researching, analysing and evaluating programmes of learning and gathering the reporting the recommendations and subsequent findings for improvement and action.

Recently lead a Customer Support Team managing a multi level support network and addressing all customer support issues.Software system specialist and educator responsible for specialist training and evolution of product from customer feedback and internal projects.Also constantly contributing to design elements of software as well as leading software efficiency as a Testing Co-ordinator and Software Design Consultant position.Previous responsibilties included Seconded to All Blacks for 2 years as their Analyst and travelling IT person (2004 and 2005), Hardware Manager (2002-2004), Shift Supervisor and Internal Trainer (2000 - 2002)

Immensely proud to have been seconded to the NZ Rugby Union in the position of All Blacks Analyst and travelling IT person. It equated to working in an Elite level organisation working with the best to be the very best. I'm proud to say lessons learnt from this experience has shaped who I am and the skills I offer.
