By whatever title I have held; Industrial, Quality, Manufacturing, Process or Project Engineer or Manager, I look at the whole picture. I believe that the process is not just the machines, totes of parts, forklifts, paper piles, computers, etc., but the process is the people and how those people accomplish what is needed. Doing anything that helps this “system” work effectively and efficiently is my goal and obligation to my profession. I have been very successful in my career. Working for 4 corporations and most recently consulting to 9 clients/companies have lead to cost savings of more than $350M, the launch of 45 new products or processes, and the creation of 9 patents which all grew sales and margin. Every project that I have worked on met or exceeded the stakeholder’s expectation and fell within the constraints of resources used, budgets and timing.Specialties: Results driven individual, measurable change that saves resources, money and increases profit.
