Goal oriented with a proven track record of being able to finish difficult projects on time. I possess a strong machining background with manual machining equipment; specializing in the production of one-of-a-kind precision quick turn parts. I have experience in both small job shop environment as well as high volume facilities. Throughout my career I have worked closely with engineers and offer insights on ways to make components and assemblies better, faster and/or more economical. With my limited Solid-Works experience I have designed and detailed parts, tooling, and fixtures for various test and assembly improvements. I have also been called upon to aid in processing Engineering Change Orders (ECO’s) and update blueprints. In addition to my extensive manufacturing experience, I also have experience working in Quality Assurance (QA) and understand how a quality management system operates. My QA experience includes everything from incoming inspection, first piece, in-process and, final inspections, first article verification, source inspections and so forth. I am keenly aware of the importance of keeping precise records, but more important being able to work with manufacturing personnel to produce the best possible products.I am always willing to learn new skills and to be challenged with new responsibilities.
