-Prepares federal and multi-state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts; also prepares related income tax work papers.-Identifies accounting and income tax issues and proposes strategies to resolve them.-Responds and prepares correspondence to taxing authorities.-Researches tax matters.-Effectively communicates with all levels of the engagement team and client personnel (i.e., job status and budget) on a timely basis.-Works with a team on a variety of engagements.-Communicates status of work and issues with seniors, managers or partners on a timely basis-Develops strong relationships with firm and client personnel-Ability to proficiently use the firm's income tax preparation software-Ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client service

-Prepares federal, state and local tax returns for Blackstone owned partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations and real estate investment (REIT) returns on a timely basis.-Prepares federal and state extension requests and quarterly estimated payments for the various companies.-Researches, resolves and responds to state and federal regulatory agencies’ notices.-Prepares tax and PTP projections for Blackstone on a monthly or as needed basis. -Prepares REIT checklists on a quarterly basis to ensure compliance with the REIT rules.-Reviews corporate and partnership legal documents and correspondence as needed to ensure correct preparation of tax returns.

-Teaching record keeping to Village Savings and Loans Associations and Cooperatives-Conducting training needs assessments and follow-ups with farmer groups on record keeping-Teaching 212 primary and secondary students on numerous topics including nutrition, gardening, malaria, sanitation, HIV/AIDs, gender, computers, sports and games and reading comprehension-Promoted intercultural understanding through celebrating Ugandan holidays, sharing American holidays and spending time with local families to better learn about their traditions
