Successfully partnered and executed strategy to pass through the state General Assembly in 2013 a 35% tax credit for angel investors that grew active angel investors in the state 600%.Successfully developed Discovering Cures legislative event for biosimilars legislation that successfully passed in South Carolina as part of pharmaceutical coalition priority. Successfully planned and executed six annual conferences attended by 300 people (2016) with national industry and government leaders. Also planned annual programs: Life Sciences Industry Day, Startup University and Personal Medicine Awareness Day. Events featured Gov. Nikki Haley, Sens., Tim Scott and Lindsey Graham and national leaders in health care.
