I completed a BA degree in Behavioural Sciences at the North West University in 2007, planning on joining the HR department of a company and building a career in Human Recourses. Due to the economic climate and the challenges involved in finding employment I accepted a vacation job as a debt collector in a call centre of a Micro Finance company, and since then I have been in the Micro Finance industry.Within a few month I was promoted to a Collections Team leader this helped me to gain experience in call centre management ranging for, informal training, quality assurance, dealing with client escalations, disgruntled clients, campaign management and reporting.A vacancy as a Training Officer was advertised within the company for which I applied, fortunately my application was successful and I was appointed as the Trainer of the North West, Freestate and Northern Cape branch network. My duties included traveling to the various branches and training new and existing staff. I was requested to return to head office and take on the responsibility of international roaming trainer, this saw me traveling to all countries of operation and predominantly facilitating training on internal process and systems. In 2011 I joined a company called Product Credit Solutions (Bruma Finance) as a trainer in the Call Centre throughout the years my position evolved and included recruitment, training, human resource functions, performance management and even a bit of Industrial Relations. I registered the company with BankSeta and was responsible for the ATR and WPS.
