Deputy Division Director
Assigned Deputy Division Director of PERS-21. I am responsible for monitoring field-level compliance with service delivery standards for military pay, personnel, and passenger transportation. Providing superior customer service, which comes from consistent improvement in processes, procedural guidance, and standards for service delivery.My planning, directs and controls the operations of the Standards & Metrics Branch, supervising five military and six civilians. Assigns work based and establishes work priorities and deadlines. Consults with, promotes and advises PERS-2/NPPSC leadership/management on all aspects of metrics development and performance management. Directs the development of new, effective performance management systems, from the selection of measures and metrics, to utilizing performance information/data to drive program management decisions, budget allocations, etc., while putting strategy at the center of key management processes. Serves as the expert advisor/consultant for performance measurement and improvement from many sources, to include, customers' needs/satisfaction surveys, suppliers, stakeholders, product and service performance, competitive comparisons, employees, cost and financial, etc. Provide pay and personnel business process expertise that ensures field level execution compliance and drives standardization across Navy and higher authority Personnel Service Delivery requirements. Knowledge of a variety of computer software and NPPSC automated systems in order to prepare presentations, retrieve and analyze data, etc.Efficiently Manage all SOP Programs. Incorporate and communicate to PSD Detachments any changes to pay/personnel regulations, procedures, laws and policies related to the SOP’s. Design and develop SharePoint sites and site collection administrator.
