Wayne was responsible for the entire 2000 Sydney Olympics advertising campaign for Australia’s number one radio station at the time, 2UE.Wayne also won a New York Advertising Award for a video presentation he created capturing the evolution of Lend Lease in Australia.

Cowbell Entertainment produced succesful, innovative events, product launches & conferences for clients such as ACP, Activision, Paramount Home Entertainment, Sony Playstation & Warner Music, as well many major charity events.

From humble beginnings as Sleeman Whitaker & Associates, with 1 founding client & a staff of 4, it became Australia's largest independently owned Advertising Agency. It then became SWH&P and featured 3 years running in BRW's 50 fastest growing companies, before being bought by Oddfellows/Dentsu. Wayne cut his teeth in print production, before honing his talents in creative writing, television & radio production, as well as becoming Group Account Director for many 'blue chip' accounts.The early 1990's saw Wayne become a Director & Partner in SWH&P until leaving to set up his own Agency - Hyperbole.
