Responsible for all aspects of the multiple production sites (daily safety engagement, delegating the day-to-day task of employees,management of heavy equipment, buying/ordering of necessary materials, blueprint reading, training, ensure timelines are met percontracts, maintenance of equipment, and ensuring all aspects of building specifications are met per city, county, and state guidelines.Additional focus areas include customer satisfaction, employee engagement, the launching of new construction sites, and the development ofproject plans for all sites (start to finish).

Responsible for organizing work assignments and allocation of resources between work sites, training new hires, operating equipmentas needed, and maintaining regulatory requirements with local city, county, and state. Streamline the construction process to ensure the build planstays on track to reduce cost and ensure deadlines are accomplished.

Responsible for customer care and assistance, while maintaining high standards of employee and team member performance. Accountable for customer relations, workplace safety, product quality, product delivery, and pricing.

Responsible for customer relations and overseeing team efficiency during set ups and deliveries.

Responsible for proper installation and use of products. Instructed customers in equipment use to ensure safe and proper operations.
