Serve as the primary escalation point for all Support all remote team members to the central officeResponsible for administration across all systems in the organization, primarily on Windows Server 2012 and 2008, but also a multitude of other security and education specific systemsProvide all end user support at main office: equipment maintenance, warranty repair, new hire prep and training, exiting employees, patch management, across Windows, Mac, iOS, ChromeOS and Linux systemsCreated and compiled detailed documentation with SLA guidelines, process and system descriptions and a “how-to Guide” for techniciansAs necessary will also function in the capacity of a school based technician responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day support at New Visions Charter High Schools.
