The aim of this role was to manage all operational procedures relating to security, health & Safety, compliance and- Help complete and set up regional inventory stock checks & bring shrinakge results in line with company average.- Maintain high a standard of Loss Prevention best pratice in each store.- Be involved in Recruitment / Retention & Training for all Loss Prevention Staff.- Investigate any stock loss discrepancies and put in place an improved profit protection plan.- Investigate any cash discrepancies and liase with store management and our Risk & Loss dept.- Review health & safety standards in each store and make reformations to improve standards.- Visit each store and meet with the store management team & support any compliance or procedural concerns they may have. These visits may involve compliance audits.- Manage any public appearance events like celebrity signings / performances.- Liase with our head office staff who can offer additional support to stores.- Help reduce shrinkage in each store so profit can be maximised and the correct compliance standards are in place.- Invigilate Stock Counts, which includes a Profit & Protection audit.- Communicate with the local police who may be called to assist with any investigations we may have while investigating any serious breaches of compliance or staff / customer theft.- I also have completed a one day conflict management course in Sept-12 Show less
