Improved the system usability and capability after the initial launch through continuous development of features and functionality.• Delivered a market-leading transformational digital health assessment platform which involved the integration of multiple interoperable software systems, embedding an algorithmic risk engine, CRM connection, data migration and the development of a new bespoke website.• Oversaw the integration of a jointly developed health app and led the team that automated the back-end infrastructure and processes. • IT Programme Manager responsible for all aspects of IT delivery with line management responsibility of four Project Managers and one Business Analyst.• Delivered a pan-European WIFI, WAN and LAN infrastructure platform upgrade involving 96 sites (10 in Europe), 600 new access points and full network redundancy. Multiple cutovers achieved with minimal disruption to core services and the customer experience.• Managed strategic vendors and partners during a programme of works to upgrade three Dutch-based data centres which replaced the legacy infrastructure with a modern ‘active-active’ backbone with increased bandwidth and SAN storage. Cutover achieved with zero disruption to core services.• Delivered a financial planning & analysis data warehouse and business intelligence capability. Achieved near real-time insights that allowed the FP&A team to save seven days of effort per month.

London And Coventry

• Business Solution Architect responsible for leading a team of technical and business solution architects, system testers and subject matter experts in the design and implementation of a bespoke software package and business change programme for the London Congestion Charge. • Created a 65 FTE customer contact centre in Coventry on behalf of Transport for London. Achieved all launch key performance indicators whilst supporting other core operational services. Developed the service, processes, people and infrastructure over an 18-month period of sustained improvement.• BPO Head of Operations responsible for simultaneously managing two large customer contact centres on behalf of Transport for London. Achieved a correspondence key performance indicator improvement of over 100% within three months in the established customer contact centre.

National

• Contract Manager responsible implementing and managing Brighton & Hove’s first ever decriminalised on-street parking operation. Voted best UK on-street parking contract in 2003. • Regional Manager South East responsible for managing four local government on-street parking contracts. Achieved consistent performance and adopted standards across the region. • UK Continuous Improvement Controller responsible for overseeing process improvement in 65 local government contracts. Designed and developed a risk-based scoring system and league table that led measured improvement across locations.
