Full HR responsibilities for 3 major healthcare facilities in Middle Tennessee. Primarily responsibilities included keeping senior management abreast of changes in the HR profession, providing Employee Relations support through investigation and the counseling of employees as well as administering Policies & Procedures, recruitment / staffing of a 600+ workforce providing services 24/7. Additionally responsible for Health & Safety, Benefits Administration and local compensation matters and Organizational Development for all team members. Managed a team of 4 HR professionals.

Provided HR Leadership to this international automotive company. Advised international counterparts, both Italian and Brazilian of state and federal employment law developments. Oversaw all HR activities, accelerated and enhanced plans to remain union free. Orchestrated major changes in compensation and benefits administration, as well as the health & safety program. Conducted Risk Management assessments in legal matters and represented the company in mediations and arbitrations.

Contributing member of the contract negotiation team. Pre-contract negotiations work included defining contract language desired and reviewing the financials for executive management approval. Conducted investigations and determined outcome best suited for the company. Successfully defended the Company in Arbitrations and Mediations.
