President and CEO of Regenexx. A seasoned healthcare executive with 40 years in the healthcare industry, 25 of those years at senior executive levels. Has been with Regenexx since 2017, first as COO and became President/CEO in 2019. Highlights from his career include President/CEO of a $450MM Health System physician organization as well as President and CEO of same health system’s Home Health division ($50MM) and commercial contracting group. He also built and sold a business requirements group doing Affordable Care Act contracting with CMS. He was Chairman and CEO of an ancillary services company that was a turn around project and then took that company through a successful IPO. Wayne has a passion for abused children and is a third term (13 yrs) board member of the Iowa Child Advocacy Board overseeing the Foster Care Review process and Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for abused kids in Iowa. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a BS in Health Sciences.
