I conduct end to end recruitment with overall responsibility for the entire department working in conjunction with senior management, our client and third parties. This includes propensity modelling based on decisions made to ensure we meet outcomes• People Development - Facilitate training, mentoring and development plans across new starters, assessors and senior assessors. This involves working closely with a third party to ensure offered training meets our objectives• Quality focused to build capability of the Claims Assessors to ensure progression through accreditation model to achieve Claims Assessment Authority• Team compliance with agreed process/procedures, controls and address quality and assurance outcomes.
