My main responsibilities are to ensure that all daily outbound orders and goods inwards, are processed within the time constraints that will in meet/exceed our customers outlined kpi requirements. Excellent communication is a vital tool to ensure I can communicate/inform effectively to site management/customers colleagues, of specific information required as daily operational changes arise.I would make ensure the warehouse always have work and any changes to outbound orders, i.e. stock shorts/damages are reported and amended on the orders so wherever possible the orders go out as as planned. Health & safety onsite must also be adhered to for the safety of myself and my colleagues, ensuring that i work in safe and tidy manner. I allways ensure anything & everything i complete is to the benefit of my employer/customer to the highest standards im capable of achieving. During my time here i have also been the Goods inwards coordinator, ensuring that all stock received is booked onto our wms and any discrepancies that arise are noted on a discrepancy form and correspondence sent the supplier. i also ensured deliveries were booked onto our customers booking system, also that staff were booked for handball loads. Goods inwards coordinator role meant liaising with all aspects of management and of course are customers. I have also undertaken the Export coordinator which is a very demanding role, liaising with clients requirements all over the world by email/telephone, and handling every aspect of the orders from data entry right through to booking the containers for shipment.
