My role is to ensure internal and external transformation projects meet objectives on time and in budget utilising all levels of stakeholders internally across the company, external clients and companies. I focus on both the people side of changes to business processes, systems, technology and organisation’s structures.My primary responsibility is creating change management strategies internally and externally for various clients to ensure maximum employee adoption and usage and minimal resistance internally, whilst externally delivering transformations outlined in Sales Solutions or Process Improvements sessions.

I am responsible for the service provision of key accounts for Mach Recruitment.My role involves working with our clients strategically to ensure we offer expert recruitment services and advice, whilst working collectively towards our business & commercial objectives in partnership.

I am responsible for the strategic and operational service provision of our Managed Service Sites across the South of England.I am working with my clients to ensure key relationships are developed and maintained to enable both companies are working in true partnership to ensure we maximise the potential to achieve my clients and PMP's joint objectives in the short term, in terms of recruitment needs and in the longer term to strategically align ourselves to ensure our commercial and business goals are achieved.

I focus on both the people side of changes to business processes, systems, technology and organisation’s structures in both PMP and the Cordant Group’s recruitment brands & Facilities Management teams.My primary responsibility is creating change management strategies internally and externally for various clients to ensure maximum employee adoption and usage and minimal resistance internally, whilst externally delivering transformations outlined in Sales Solutions or Process Improvements sessions.
