This helps identify areas for improvement and areas of excellence to be duplicated across the business. A huge amount of my career has been spent in the transport industry. I was heavily involved in developing the sales strategy and the operational solution that resulted in us winning the transport business of a major Building Society that had been with Australia Post for over 10 years. I have focused heavily in this area over my time in the industry and apply these early lessons in my current position at ANC.
