• Controlling all projects, attending meeting with clients, contractors & suppliers, post & pre-tendering works, Obtaining approval for contract variations in materials, time, monetary value from clients, arranging.
• Fully responsible for the clients (British Gas) contract for all the contractors in charge of the site preparation, installation & testing. Manage the scope of work in terms of planning the ongoing activities, opening.
