Va, grew-up in Western Maryland, holds several industry designations, and degree's from Towson and McDaniel Universities . He spent 6 years in the US Army, was a former school teacher, community leader, member of NAIFA and FRC of Annapolis. Wayne and his office are active in the Calvert County Chamber of Commerce, previously receiving the Small Business Owner of the Year award. Travel, biking, cooking gardening, and most of all, spending time with his 5 grandchildren are Wayne's favorite pastimes.
