I'm currently work for the Automobile Association, I'm a Performance Leader, working South & West Wales. I started this role in June 2022 I manage and support a team. Helping them achieve the targets set within the business. I analyse data on jobs the patrols have done, contacting them to discuss lessons learnt and to suggest ways to improve the Members / Customers journey. I investigate complaints and reach a positive resolution to issues, coach new technology. I'm also able to train people in using the Vehicle Recovery System, Compact Recovery Trailer including Motorbike attachment, Tow-pole and Tow Strap. Including completing LOLER & PUWER testing. Doing this role, I have led by example by maintaining my Single Task Completion and Repair Rate at very high level. My own performance is in the top percentile. I have also trebled membership targets and increased sales revenue year on year. I regularly reduce patrol costs on equipment required by resolving issues with tools thus saving the company on unnecessary additional expenditure on equipment.
