Also performed over 600 quality and safety inspections for squadron, independently performs audits/surveillance of contractor's processes to ensure customer and contractual requirements are met. Identifying areas for immediate corrective actions. Directs the Squadron’s Quality Deficiency Parts Program (USAF Deficiency reporting, Investigation, and Resolution), meticulously ensures reporting, investigation, and resolution for applicable parts is accomplished by Production Management.Manages Squadron’s Self-Assessment Program (SAP), Implementation of additional checklists ensure Squadron reached 100% compliance with standards. Functions as technical expert and advisor to management and maintenance technicians in the programming, MD design, maintenance, operation, and testing related to the repair and overhaul of aircraft electronics and their computer test stations.
Curriculum Developer
Plans, coordinates, designs, develops, and validates major components of Administrative and Support, Leadership/Supervisory, Formal/Instructional Briefings, and soft skills training instructional design. Develops, reviews, and revises Leadership/Supervisory and soft skills training instructional materials in accordance with established learning objectives.Prepares and delivers written and oral presentations such as briefings, consultations, team sessions, and other staff functions and activities to secure understanding, cooperation, resolve controversial matters, and convey information relative to proposed changes. . Instructor for all computer science related course, to include C++, Java, AS3, and SQL.
Technical Instructor
Serves as a subject matter expert in the following areas: aircraft familiarization, basic inspection techniques, advance repair and troubleshooting, aircraft systems, rigging and reclamation, Systems Analysis. Provides training Air Education Training Command (AETC) policies and procedures. Designs and selects appropriate instructional materials, handouts, references, and tests for all levels of Technical training. Responsible for developing, maintaining, coordinating, and presenting lesson plans covering all require courses, including, but not limited to course and test development. Identifies student strengths and weaknesses; counsels students, designs, structures, monitors, and administers individualized remedial training programs. Develops and evaluation of all training materials, Develops the Force Support Squadron training plan, and Develops education and training materials and testing procedures. Conducts training courses, Secures classroom space and announces upcoming classes, Ensures training equipment is operational and supplies are available and Ensures quality training is provided to assigned personnel. Instructs designated trainers on the fundamentals of curriculum development, instructional techniques, and effective job skills training including initial orientation, qualification/upgrade, and recurring training for the trainer’s functional activity. Instructs activity managers and designated trainers in selecting the most appropriate instructional method for the course being taught (lecture, instructional model, hands on experience, etc.). Develops formal or informal training courses for assigned personnel. Develops course plans/outlines, produces or locates appropriate hand-out material, communicates the objectives of the course material, and ensures courses are evaluated upon completion. Makes certain that assigned managers and trainers understand the fundamentals of establishing learning objectives, developing course outlines and lesson plans, etc.
