We combine the latest cloud technology with the best data, advanced analytics, and human-centred design to transform the property decisioning process and make the complicated simple.My role at Valocity is Senior Research Analyst- Analysing internal/external data to research and discover editorial ideas for data-drivenproptech focused articles, data visualisations and infographics in all platforms (desktop, app,social media, print magazine).- Working alongside regional directors, client management team, data engineers and scientiststo prepare thought provoking and insightful articles, analyses and research for media andclients- Collaborating with our team of data engineers, scientists, and illustrators to design andproduce graphics that support our articles or live as standalone features that attract andinform followers of Valocity- Collaborate with Valocity partners on joint industry pieces- Generate thought leadership concepts for internal socialization and validation suitable forenhancing Valocity’s public profile and positioning Valocity as the preeminent research andadvisory partner- Ensure Valocity brand is well represented across all aspects of the Australian and NewZealand media and other countries in line with Valocity’s growth strategy- Introduction and ongoing management of appropriate reporting and publication templates- Fact checking all client/public facing publications and ensuring the journalistic style and toneis aligned to the messaging and intended audience- Identifying areas of improvement, opportunity and facilitating change as applies to Valocity’sresearch and advisory capabilities

-To act as key relationship manager for Auckland Council, ensuring a positive and ongoing business relationship is maintained.-Contribute to the development of the business, including growing the product offering to existing customers.-Lead a team 20 valuers, including training where required.-Carry out professional valuation services as required ensuring that business performance targets are achieved.-Identifying business development initiatives to deliver on strategic and operation objectives.-Participating in Customer Solutions business development initiatives which respond to current and future customer needs.-Facilitating strong working relationships between internal organisation groups.-Participating and supporting the process of strategic management and development within the organisation.
