• Troubleshooting on various Cisco, Juniper, F5, Linux, SCO, Eastern Research, Sarian/Digi and other vendor equipment, including routers (from Cisco 870s to ASRs, Juniper MX80s, Sarian/Digi DSL/3G routers), switches.
• Troubleshooting faults involving BGP, MPLS, OSPF, EIGRP, IS-IS, IPSEC VPNs (site-to-site, DMVPN), STP, VTP, NAT, QoS, IP SLA and various other technologies.

• Worked on a part time basis during race weekends to maintain the bikes electronic systems including data logger and ECU.
• Used data logged by the bike during practise to improve the bikes setup, also maintained and monitored correct operation and health of the engine.
• Role required a high level of flexibility; with strict time limits involved it was often necessary to switch roles in order to meet deadlines. I would often be required to work on the mechanical assembly of the bikes.
