I am currently the store manager of Screwfix in Doncaster. The position allows me to use all my people skills to drive a fast paced trade and general public retail business. I have managed a team of colleagues to success . I have over 35 years of retail experience. With knowledge of managing a business, managing people. I have a passion for ensuring fantastic customer service is achieved, I have a proven track record on exceeding set KPI's and exceeding targets. I always strive to deliver a result and have ensured in certain business based objectives that myself and my team are area and company leaders.
