• Management of 15 + staff in a quick reaction business• Sole responsibility for the running of warehousing and stock control within the organisation.• Management of four external warehouses 130,000sq ft. floor space excluding mezzanines.• Meeting the demands of up to 50 different job requirements at any one time over numerous business locations.• Departmental recruitment and staff appraisal sole responsibility.• Meeting departmental training requirements and planning future strategies.• Introducing business efficiencies.• Bringing previously outdated practices up to World class standards.• Bringing stock take results to within acceptable parameters within 2 years• 5’s management team

• Management of 50 + staff supplying kanban and string deliveries in a fast paced manufacturing environment.• Joint responsibility of -30 million plus stock holding to meet multi project demand over multi- locations.• High level IT skills in SAP warehousing and desktop applications.• KPI creation to translate departmental results to Senior management (Director level)• HR and recruitment control for department.• Production schedule control to meet material demand• High level departmental presentation skills• Health and safety projects within large multi warehouse operation.• Excellent people skills, able to communicate and instruct large groups of employees in a respectful yet clear and concise manner.• Ability to meet individual company operation structures based around world class manufacturing.- • Production of multi-purpose documentation to improve business efficiency and staff training.
