Maintain grounds, trash patrol the grounds, snow removalGeneral carpentry: Minor gutter repair, masonry form work, windows glass and screen replacements, painting, prep work involving protecting finishes, manipulating wood trim, spackling and sanding. linoleum tiles--both walls and floors, especially bathroom and kitchens Basic electrical: Ceiling fans, over the stove micro-waves replace gas and electric stoves, knobs or burners.

Responsibilities Preparing apartments for section 8 inspections and new tenants including improvements, repairs and cleaning. Painting,Spackling, repairing holes in walls and replacing sheet-rock, Prepping walls for painting.Removing and replacing ceramic and linoleum tiles--both walls and floors, especially bathroom and kitchen floors.General carpentry--including installing sub-floors.Laying Vinyl & Linoleum floor tiles.Basic electrical repairs including changing switches, outlets and lighting fixtures.Replacement and Installation of GFI outlets & minor wiring repairs.Snaking and unclogging drains & waste lines. Repairing and replacing faucets, tailpieces, basket strainers, traps, etc... Repairing and replacing toilets and all toilet repairs. Repairing drips and leaks, repairing, repacking and replacing valves. Repairing and replacing bathroom sink and tub pop-ups and stoppers. Installing dishwashers. Maintain and clean out door grounds, pick up trash, clean recycle area. And respond to all maintenance issues. Trouble shoot and Repair leaky faucets, replacement of washers, repair leaks under kitchen sinks/basins. Clear toilet, stoppages and Replace ceiling fixtures, Repair doors, locks and replace knobs as necessary. Replace gas range knobs or burners, Repair windows, window balances, chains, etc. Replace defective radiator air valves and repair leaky radiator shut-off valves

Use of assorted hand and power tools, both electric and gas powered. • Light Electrical skills - Replacing light bulbs, fixtures, smoke detectors, photocell light controls, etc. • Light Carpentry skills - Replacing wood trim and plywood on the exterior of the buildings, Sheetrock repairs, minor gutter repair, masonry form work, window glass and screen replacements, lock replacements etc. • Plumbing skills-: Drain cleaning from condo units and in crawlspaces of the building. Repairing broken water lines using soldering techniques, freezing pipe repating skills- Prep work involving protecting finishes, manipulating wood trim, spackling and sanding. Cut in and rolling techniqueResponsibilities Checked for Locate and repair leaks if any, lay sheet rock, plaster/ compound to repair holes . Paint as needed.
