Experience includes appraisals for condemnation, Environmental Impact, Urban Redevelopment and Consulting. Analysis and budget forecasting for various types of property for litigation and mortgage lending purposes. The extent of analysis includes Discounted Cash Flow Analysis, Feasibility Study, Direct Capitalization, Internal Rate of Return, Highest and Best Use Analysis, and Subdivision and Development Analysis.
