As Vice President of Operations I lead multiple cross-functional teams and hold accountability for the development and implementation of transportation and storage solutions for a diverse client base. This required continuous engagement with cross-functional divisions, resource management, vendor negotiation and contracting. During my tenure I delivered significant cost savings and vastly improved workplace safety by implementing effective operational processes and driving adherence to health and safety regulation.

By streamlining processes I delivered significant cost reductions and efficiency gains.
