I am a dynamic, experienced and talented senior manager, executive and non-executive director with over 20 years’ experience in the private, public, indigenous and not for profit sectors. I have broad experience across all elements of business including Finance, Strategy, Governance & Risk, Operations, Marketing and Board responsibilities, I have a track record of business growth and success including complex contract negotiation and management of HBF Health Insurance $1.8 billion benefit spend. As head of the Friendlies Pharmacy Franchise I oversaw the doubling of its store network, from 15 to 33 stores, transition to profitability and transformational change to a health service delivery model. I am adept at building and fostering relationships, even in difficult circumstances, and passionate on leading and improving people, building teams with a philosophy of making the workplace an enjoyable, but nonetheless hardworking environment.
