Assigned to the 4Front Muskego location to manage the operations through rapid growth and a facility expansion project in 2017 / 2018.

Dual role which includes two manufacturing facilities, one unionized, total of 140 employees. Direct reports include Managers of Customer Service, Engineering, Production, Facilities, Safety/Health, and Materials. Provide front line support for Human Resources, Site Controlers, and Logistics. Responsible for the P&L at both locations.

Responsible for manufacturing operations in Milwaukee, WI. with 120 employees, 80 plant union. Direct reports include Production Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineers, Shipping Supervisor, and Materials Supervisor. Provided site support to Purchasing, Customer Service, and Human Resources.Responsible for supporting accounting numbers for.

Union facility in Milwaukee; metal fabrication, wharehousing, 120 employees, I had responsibility for operations and the P&L.

Started in Production Control in 1982, worked my way up through downsizing of management staff into the Materials Manager position in 1992. Duties included managing; material planning, schedules, specials process, inventory and records, standard costs, and shipping.
