• Develop Risk Appetite Framework (RAF) for the Auto Loans portfolio to monitor portfolio indicators such as Net Credit Losses, Revenue and delinquency and recommend strategies to ensure healthy Return on Assets.
• Develop, review and monitor benchmark risk measures and recommend strategies for portfolio maintenance and acquisitions
• Develop stress testing methodologies and use them to project stress losses in various economic scenarios for local and USA Federal capital adequacy exercises, such as Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process.
• Develop Credit Risk policies, guidance and standards and communicate policies or Risk Assessment Criteria to all stakeholders like Business and Operations to ensure effective implementation.
• Ensure policies & procedures are in line with existing global and local risk frameworks and governance structures and implement credit and operational risk policies and procedures in line with regulatory, credit bureau.
• Prepare and analyse all regulatory, Basel, portfolio reporting in Risk Management for the Auto Loans portfolio and provide reserve recommendations

• Review and recommend key initiatives and process changes for Secured and Unsecured Credit Initiation, Credit Control Management, as well as Fraud and Authorisation Units.
• Provide regular feedback and solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the key processes implemented by the various departments.
• Work jointly and provide advice to Credit Operations unit heads, managers and review/improve all Unit procedures to ensure adherence to current global, regional and country policies and laws.
• Champion strategies to seamlessly integrate global and local policies with departmental operations.
• Conduct regular briefings and training sessions to ensure homogeneous knowledge of and compliance to these policies and procedures
• Perform regular independent legal and third party agency audits and lead/assist any internal / external audit involving Credit Operations. Department passed all internal and external audits with no major business issues.

• Proactively assist and negotiate with distressed customers in mortgage loan restructuring with a view to negotiating a win-win situation i.e. mitigate the Bank’s exposure on one hand and alleviate the financial burden.
• Prepare monthly mortgage MIS, such as Foreclosure in Progress, Other Real Estate Owned and Past Due Obligations reports for management information
• Analyse the Mortgage delinquency portfolio to identify high risk accounts and determine optimal collections strategy.
• Liaise and work closely with Approved Valuers and Auctioneers regarding properties that are put up for auction
• Liaise and work closely with our solicitors on all mortgage litigation matters

• Responsible for managing Cards and Ready Credit Front-end and rewrite portfolios and minimizing losses
• Negotiating with distressed customers in a timely manner so as to make Citi as the first preference of repayment
