Review of new retailer’s performance expectations and store layout after lease deal is agreed but prior to a design brief being prepared.4. My preoccupation has always been, whatever product, item, or service the purchaser is considering, is MAKE IT EASY TO BUY!In recent years I was embedded into a major retail asset on a one day per week basis as a general retail consultant to the non-corporate specialty store retailers and as a resource to Centre Management team. During this period this asset had the lowest vacancy rate of ANY similar sized asset. This was a strategy for influencing win/win outcomes where possible & practical. This has been my focus for over 20 years. -
