I started my career with Environmental Science and moved across into IT systems performing system support, testing, reporting and system administration functions. My key areas of interest are biology and computers, with an imaginative interest about ‘how things work’.I have gained experience in working with various teams and situations and am able to translate requirements between operational and technical support teams. My key personal strengths are creativity and originality along with a sense of humour. I also have a keen sense of curiosity and interest that drives my passion for learning. I work best in an environment where I work collaboratively with people to achieve a common goal and am given credit for my efforts.The values of humour, fun and safety are important to me, along with health and friendship.My passions outside of work are travel and cycling. I achieve a great sense of freedom from cycling and enjoy sharing the hobby with others. I also have had detailed experience with Toastmasters developing my communication and leadership skills.
