Responsible for managing compensation payments and communicating with customers requiring remediation in relation to issues arising from breaches of the Corporations Act 2001 as well as internal audit and compliance outcomes.• Managed teams responsible for Compensation Calculations and Payments, Calculations Quality Assurance, Ongoing Service Fee File Review, and Client Communications.• Successfully led multiple large scale remediation programs, resulting in compensation payments to over 600,000 customers.

Assisted with the transition of AMP Adviser operations functions from Sydney to Melbourne as Lead BA conducting review of all operational processes.

As the Head of Investment Operations I was responsible for the day-to-day investment operations of Tyndall AM, including unit pricing, cash reconciliation and trade matching. I was also responsible for the transition of the Custody and Administration of Tyndall AM business from incumbent Custodian to a new service provider.The role also involved the managing of all IT system operations, ensuring stability and timely issue resolution. This included the daily trade data flow between Tyndall AM and all external parties.

As the Operations Manager for Tyndall AM I was responsible for managing key relationships with all service providers to ensure delivery levels were being met. This included, but was not limited to, IT, Facilities, Finance and Risk and Compliance.During the divestiture of Tyndall Investments from Suncorp the role also involved being the key representative to all Suncorp services lines to ensure all services could be transitioned to new owner.

Acted as the link between the Business and IT to ensure business requirement were captured for the integration of core business systems.
