Receive, deliver and initiate transfer orders of materials between Promega warehouses at the correct temperature conditions using temperature logging devices while recording transport records electronically. Operates forklifts and other warehouse equipment, as well as large dock trucks. Certified trainer, to train new employees.

Operate various types of forklifts, receives product while tracking it through RF (radio frequency) handheld scanners. Auditing and shipping merchandise to customers by picking product, packing, scanning and verifying orders into inventory management system. Responsible for own area of the warehouse ensuring this area is well maintained, kept orderly and free of debris, keeping this area clean and safe work environment.

Plan, schedule, organize, and supervise all staff and operations for each department. Manage budget, order equipment and supplies. Forecast wine & beer sales in order to order products, oversee distribution warehouse. Coordinate delivery / shipment to distributors and accounts, complete service and maintenance for draft beer systems at on-premise and special event accounts.

Managed / supervised merchandising activities of 1 supervisor, 5 merchandisers and 10 stockers, including personnel activities and decisions; managed budgets; completed various reports, presentations, and paperwork; and ordering and placement of P.O.S. (Point Of Sale) materials. Completed presentations at our monthly staff meetings, was selected twice to be the host of the Miller Brewery national monthly distributor training video, was featured in a national Miller Brewery convenience store magazine ad. Attended Miller University for various training courses (Draft Beer Technology, Sales Concepts, Merchandising Objectives).

Drove marked patrol car responding to burglary & fire alarms, completed various checks at businesses, stopped at each account with post security officers to inspect / supervise. Supervised 5 post supervisors, 1 field supervisor, and 15 security officers. Trained each new employee, conducted yearly employee reviews.
