Responsible for planning, scheduling and executing maintenance projects at INEOS Runcorn site.Implementing and ensuring control systems such as toolbox talks, audits, meetings, resource numbers, priorities, progress against plan, engineering standards, presentations, validating any Sub Contractor work scopes and system handover. Implementing and overseeing QA systems including work packs, document control ITPs, ensuring all training and client procedures are adhered to and completing final QA documentation packs.Ensuring quality assurance of all work scopes are maintained, and all work is performed in accordance with company policies and the Health and Safety at work act.Delivering all projects safely with zero incidents and accidents as the objective to people and the environment.Working flexibly to accommodate the changing needs of the business, working long hours and taking on additional responsibilities.Delivering toolbox talks prior to task commencing and ensuring the work party has read and understood the permit.Working in a fast-paced high-pressure environment with the ability to consistently meet deadlines with the highest quality whether working solo or as part of a team. Implementing and supporting effective working practices and systems as required to improve work scope delivery.Supporting in all elements of health, safety, security and environmental aspect for the organisation.Using excellent communication skills at all levels while remaining dedicated to ensuring and understanding the company requirements and procedures.
