Responsible for the succesfull performance and operations of 31 Everything Everywhere stores incorporating both Tmobile and Orange. Ensuring all new stores and teams operate to the highest standards in all buisness critical areas. Managing a field team of 2 and responsible for 31 managers. Network with key stake holders and head office teams to ensure this.

Managed various regions in Orange managing remotley large teams and lead them to achieving marked buisness improvments in all areas. Won regional manager of the year for 2 years running. Responsible for up to 35 stores and 1 sales coach. Ensured delivery of world class service and the deveolpment of all the teams to ensure future prolonged growth.

Worked in the team that incorparated the newly aquired link stores into the estate to ensure that they operated effectively as quickly as possible. Drew up comms strategy and training plans for the new teams to ensure they were set up to succeed
