In January 2014, I started a new business: Health and Wellness for Life. My mission in business is to help as many people as I possibly can to have better health, wellness and lose weight. Since I've become certified as a Certified Group Aerobics Trainer, CPR and Line Dance Instructor, many doors have opened in the health and wellness area. I plan to work with as many people as I can at one given time (group aerobics and line dance classes).
