In January 2014, I started a new business: Health and Wellness for Life. My mission in business is to help as many people as I possibly can to have better health, wellness and lose weight. Since I've become certified as a Certified Group Aerobics Trainer, CPR and Line Dance Instructor, many doors have opened in the health and wellness area. I plan to work with as many people as I can at one given time (group aerobics and line dance classes). I'm offering MOBILE SERVICES (I come to you) to businesses, groups, churches and community club house developments that would like to offer health and wellness to their people or employees during working hours for healthy reasons by getting a good work-out on a regular basis. It is recommended that we exercise at least 30 minutes or more/day.
